Buona Sera. Color of the Day is Orange. Incense of the Day is Frankincense. As we get closer to Samhain, the veil between the worlds is thin, and spirits linger close to the realm of the living. Stay positive, stay warm and get plenty of sleep. Today, we will start to make our banishing poppet for Samhain.
Our habits, thoughts and emotional experiences that we are not proud of, let us return those to the Underworld to never return. Stitch a Black poppet and leave the head open. Add autumn leaves, black pepper, clove, garlic and onion.
Hold and look at the poppet and say” Return my desires of wrong, return my habits of wrong, return my thoughts of wrong, Ritorno, Ritorno, Ritorno”.
Tie the head and place the poppet by your front door. Leave it there until Samhain, and then burn it. You Have the Power. Sia Benedetto.
